Madison Heights Glass Company, based on several long term contracts, has opened an office and fabrication facility in San Antonio, Texas on June 1, 2010. This office will serve the Texas and Southern region of the United States. Our corporate headquarters located in Ferndale, Michigan will serve as support to the southern region with a focus on our Midwest and East Coast clients.

NEWS: WANYE STATE UNIVERSITY CHEMISTRY BUILDING : DETROIT, MICHIGAN
SEPT 2010 : Madison Heights Glass Company has been awarded the expansion and renovation of the Wayne State University Chemistry Building located on the Detroit, Michigan campus. The design of the custom 14,000 ft² curtainwall requires a specialized engineering system to support the structural point loaded wall system. The vertically hung wall is suspended from tension support rods that are fastened to the 3rd floor preloaded roof trusses. In addition to the exterior enclosure package, Madison Heights Glass was recently awarded the interior glazing package.
NEWS: GREENLEAF TRUST : BIRMINGHAM, MICHIGAN
SEPT 2010 : Madison Heights Glass Company recently completed the "Greenleaf Trust" project located in Birmingham, Michigan. The 82,309 ft² commercial & residential building has over 10,000 ft² of custom curtainwall, fire rated windows and custom sunshades. All materials were "just in time" deliveries due to the limited site storage and the site location bordered on two major roadways. In addition to the exterior work, custom art glass entries were installed as part of the new Zazio's restaurant.
NEWS: AWARDED FOR BRAC 133 VISITOR CENTER : ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA
MAY 2010 : Madison Heights Glass Company continues to expand their national presences with the recent award of the BRAC 133 Visitor Center located in Alexandria, Virginia. This project will entail approximately 30,000 ft2 of blast rated curtain wall, aluminum composite metal panels and bullet resistant glazing for the Department of Defense.
NEWS: AWARDED FOR APPLE RETAIL STORE : COLUMBUS, OHIO
MAY 2010 : Madison Heights Glass Company custom fabrication abilities and attention to details was the key to the recent award of the new "Apple Inc." retail store located in Columbus, Ohio. MHG made the short list of some well known national glazing contractors, and then to be selected, speaks to the quality level and reputation that MHG has developed with national General Contractors.
NEWS: SECOND PROJECT AWARDED : SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS
January 2010 : Madison Heights Glass is proud to announce the award of a second contract at the San Antonio Military Medical Center. Madison Heights Glass will be providing blast resistant curtainwall, aluminum windows and interior glazing for the renovation of the existing Brooke Army Medical Center.

January 2010 : Madison Heights Glass has been awarded another Texas project. Madison Heights Glass will be providing the interior glazing for the new 800,000 sq. ft.
